Menlyn Maine Hydra Building is earmarked as the new Head Quarters for the Public Investment Corporation. It is situated in the new “Green” Menlyn Maine Precinct, and will serve as a benchmark for the other buildings in the precinct, which will be tenanted by large government institutions, financial houses etc.
