The 15,000 m2 Hydra Building in the new Menlyn Maine Precinct in Pretoria is currently in its final planning stages, and is expected to break ground within the next couple of months. The new 80,000 m2 HQ for Statistics South Africa, located in Perseqour Park in Pretoria is also in the pipeline, with final concept design being already achieved, the final planning stages is currently underway.
